Hye Muirgen stands on a crag, her long hair streaming in the wind. She is always gentle and polite. Her eyes are fathomless and miss nothing. I can trust her to understand what’s going on.

Hye is a Korean name, meaning “wise.” Muirgen is a Celtic woman who became a mermaid.
